OUR SERVICES
SWW has 35 plus years experience in the design, Manufactuer and supply of hazard protection clothing, specialising in flame retardant and Anti static workwear. We work with our partners to deliver quality workwear to meet your requirements, even if this requires a custom or bespoke product.
THE PROCESS TO MAKING YOUR GARMENT
DESIGN
We are able to assist through the whole process from design and concepts through to delivering the end product. Once a design has been agreed, we offer a mock up sample which can be tested for conformity of safety standards if necessary and required.
Once all of this has been approved, the design phase is complete and we proceed to the final pattern making of the garment.

MANUFACTURE
On completion of the design and sampling phase, we move onto the manufacturing processes. From fabric and trimming purchasing, pattern cutting and production, it all happens in house at our Birmingham based factory. Lead times are generally around 3 to 6 weeks depending on current production timetable, availability and scale of the required production.
The manufacturing process is checked at several stages for quality control to make sure all items are made to our own high standards.
SUPPLY
Once the design and manufacturing phases have been completed, we offer additional customisation options to incorporate our clients branding on the end product. This includes labelling, print and embroidery options.
For many of our clients, we have minimum stock levels in place, where we hold items ready to dispatch on short notice if and when required. We can keep stock of your key bespoke products in a variation of sizes once a mutual agreement is achieved, allowing us to help keep your operations moving swiftly without delay. Our commitment to you is highlighted by the stock we hold. We aim to ship stock for next day delivery on all in stock items.
We also manufacture our key lines and off the shelf items which are kept in stock in a variety of colours and sizes. Get in touch for more information on stocked items and current availability or alternatively speak to your account manager or sales rep.
